This two hot welding machines, series type is BRHD-160 and BRDH-250, are manually 220V welding machine, both used for the welding job of plastic pipe which is made of PP, PVDF, PE and HDPE materials, and the diameter ranging can be from F 63mm to F 250mm.

Purpose:It is suitable for building PE, PP and PVDF pipes and pipe fittings on site. It can also be used in workshop. All models can meet ISO, DVS and China's welding standards. 

Characteristic: (1) It consists of machine frame, hydraulic station, milling cutter, heating plate, bracket for milling cutter and heating plate, and an optional accessories.(2) the independent temperature control of the heating plate and the surface coating of polytetrafluoroethylene;(3) The heating control has the precise and stable electronic temperature control device, that can provide correction function;(4) electric milling cutter;(5) the main part of the frame is aluminum alloy material, and it is designed with 45 degrees. The structure is simple, compact and easy to use.

Equipment characteristics
1. Apply to the site, a trench connecting PE/PP/PVDF/HDPE pipes. Pipe fittings can also be made in the workshop.
2. Sensors and temperature meter use high reliability and exceptional design.
3. The sealing ring, the quick joint, and some valves use the imported parts.
4. Double blade, and comes with a pair of blades for free.




Application:
The machines can be used for welding pipes which are made of HDPE, PP, PP-R, PVDF materials and etc. Also these engine driven welders can be used on site. And the pipe diameters ranging from 63mm to 250mm.
